Create a new Post (title it properly)

In the black are just above the empty white screen, Click the second icon (a square), alongside the word add:

This will allow you up UPLOAD A NEW PHOTO 

Under INSERT IMAGE click UPLOAD AN IMAGE and you will see BROWSE. Click BROWSE and it will show you all the images on your desktop.

Choose your image by double clicking its name

Click UPLOAD PHOTO at the bottom

Your photo will automatically UPLOAD to the Post

NOTE: All photos must be saved as 220 pixels. Find the RESIZE option and enter 220, click SAVE AND CLOSE

Hit SAVE AND CLOSE and the image will appear. You can then click MODIFY and add your content
