Is it OK to get everything you want?
What if the only reason you didn't get what you wanted is that you never really asked?
"Ask and it is given," sounds like a line from 1001 Arabian Night, complete with genies and magic lamps...
But it's not. It's the science of deliberate creation.
Albert Einstein says so.
If you don't believe Einstein, it's not your fault. Most of us grew up hearing, "Don't ask for too much." "Live below your means." "Only buy what you need" or worse: "Only buy what you cannot live without."
What does that leave - bread and water? Are you ready to ask for more?
Einstein, quantum physicist, explained the science behind you-get-what-you-ask-for: "Match the frequency of what you want and you cannot help but get that reality." In other words you get what you focus on, think about and ask for. According to Einstein, it can be no other way.
In hot yoga, we ask you to shift your focus away from your ailments and live into the body you really want. In the hot yoga room, we see you transcending your perceived limitations; others have, and you can, too.
And yet, you may still be settling for less. I call it the "Just Enough Money to Pay the Bills," Syndrome. No worries; this simple Ask and Receive meditation technique will bring you into 21st century science instantly.
Ask and Receive explains the physics this we: we already possess all the information we need, to overcome any obstacle or challenge in our lives, and to create what we want in life. The problem is that while we always have the information, we don’t always have access to the belief.
Through Ask and Receive, tap that power by bypassing the reasoning mind and getting into the deeper and more vast resources of our own subconscious: that other 90% of our brain that remains unused and unexplored.
Ask and Receive meditations were recorded by my friend and gifted Ask and Receive guide, Toby Calandra. You can access them on our membership site/ Self Help Meditations.
You may have met Toby at Riverflow Yoga - she is not only one of our hot yoga students; she has demonstrated Ask and Receive at our Green Goddess Workshops and Teacher Training sessions, and the results are immediate for almost everyone.
Here is what Toby says about this helpful meditation technique Ask and Receive:
Ask and Receive is a technique created by Sandi Radomski and Tom Altshaffer that lets you connect with depths of your own subconscious, wherein lies the key. This very simple yet profound technique can change your life. If you can wrap your mind around it first.
Here are the basic steps to Ask and Receive. Say each sentence aloud and breathe throughout:
1. There is a part of my being that already knows how to...
2. That part of my being is willing to inform the rest of me now
3. It is doing so now with grace and ease.
4. My mind body and spirit are receiving this information.
5. Information transfer is now complete.
6. I know how to…(repeat what you stated in the first sentence)
You can ask for everything from a mansion to perfect health - it's all yours for the asking.
For instance, you can ask for weight loss and health with these Ask and Receive statements said aloud:
“There is a part of my being that already knows how to…
- Make healthy food choices
- Feel relaxed when I’m eating
- Heal and release all excess fat on my body
- Heal and release all tension and stress in my body
- Heal and release my desire for chocolate (or you fill in what you are craving)
- Feel completely fulfilled without turning to food
Complete the first sentence with whatever you are wanting. Sounds simple? That's because it is. Too good to be true? Not at all; try it and see if you feel your challenges begin to changes.
In my experience, even people with lifelong crhonic issues from allergies to overeating to lack of money have helped themselves, with Ask and Receive.
