Welcome, Blissful Warrior

Think of Riverflow Yoga Teacher Training as a journey, rather than a destination...

There is a world of new information to learn on this journey; content that is rich, colorful, engaging like yoga philosophy, asana, anatomy and more.

There is an even larger universe of stuff to learn about yourself; the context of this Teacher Training is all about you; how you interpret the world you live in and more than that...

How you CREATE the world you experience

Teacher Training will expand your Content and Context

You will relearn about that part of yourself that holds your hopes, and your dreams; you will gain clarity and practical applications proving to you that you can be, do or have anything you desire.

And that is it the journey you came here for.

You will also learn how to inspire others, as a Certified Hot Yoga Teacher

My wish is for you to truly learn to appreciate your life, to accept yourself, and to have a new sense of love for both, not only when you reach your highest goals, but all along the way.

How to take this journey? With your heart open

Give 100% of yourself during Teacher Training - in your yoga practice, in your assignments, and in your participation

 TIPS for Teacher Training:
