This is good for your core too right? It wakes up your body. I think so anyway.... I can do this safely on my own?
While I always recommend flexing in the heat i would say that a gentle cat/cow is fine anywhere. It wakes up the spine and the kundalini energy stored at the base.
This lovely flexing of the entire spine makes a slinky out of those old bones! It's a natural addition to the floor series and here's the good news - there's almost no one who can't do this and feel good about it.
